do written and/ or verbal reminders help you to remember appointments or meetings with friends?

Yes, they do! More often than not, I set a reminder on my I-phone. With everything going on in my life right now, the last thing I'd remember is appointments, etc. Thank goodness for technology!

I have an app on my Android phone that sets alarms very quickly. What I like best is I don't need to type them in, I just talk to write the note.

They sure do! I would be lost without those reminders sometimes, especially on particularly busy days with lots to manage. It gets harder to keep up with those little things when stuff gets hectic.

I generally get a notice informing me that I have an appointment.  At that time, I set an alarm to go off 15 minutes before the appointment.  I remember birthdays, anniversaries, etc, so that is not a problem.   :rainbow: :rose:

Yes, at this season in my life I write down things if not I am subjected to forget; just a way of life at this point.

I sometimes set reminders on my cell phone.  Don't do it often just every now and then.

Sometimes I even forget my reminders even if I write them down so I still forget my meeting.

I use meeting reminders when at work quite a lot (through the email client).  Not so much in my private life.  I typically use my big desk calendar to put appointments on them so I know what's up that day.  But it's nice to know the technology exists for the time in the future when I will need to use them...  :)

I just set the alarm clock on my phone every morning to remind myself of whatever appointments I have or TV shows I want to make sure to watch.

I always need reminders because I forget all the time.  I put a reminder on my calendar so that my phone reminds me I have an appointment.  Other wise I just forget until someone calls me such as a doctors office. I also write it down in a calendar in my purse because I have so many appointments and my husband has appointments so I need the help to remember.
