2 cent videos not paying. I think I may know why.

Peanut Lab surveys are now under FC surveys sol I went into Peanut Labs to do surveys and the screen came up where I could view my transactions after DQ'g 3 times.  It showed that I "opened" two 2 cent videos yesterday but they are not completed, which means there's a hangup in the program codes. The videos used to show on the Peanut Labs page, but don't show there anymore either.

The 2 cent video I did today under Videos also showed on Peanut Labs as "opened" but I didn't get credit for it because it's open, not completed just like two of them yesterday.

C'mon, support. Let's fix it. My favorite saying is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" and I don't know why things were changed because now anything to do with Peanut Labs is broken.

Sorry for any confusion.  Peanut Labs used to require the use of a separate page for their videos and surveys.  Recently, they've changed their systems to allow us to "pull in" their surveys and videos separately - so now they appear on the FC Surveys and Paid Videos pages, respectively.  When viewing your Peanut Labs account history or settings, you'll see the videos and surveys together, like they've always been.  The only change is how they're initially presented to you -- on pages you're probably already visiting, rather than on a separate page that is harder to find.  The goal was to make it easier to catch videos and surveys from Peanut Labs that you'd otherwise miss.

It was like that even when Peanut Labs was on their own page.  As a matter of fact, when you open that window and see it reads "open" when you know you've completed it, I believe you can report it to Peanut Labs.  The "support" would have to be coming from them, not FC.

I'm not confused. We aren't getting CREDIT for doing the surveys or videos from Peanut Labs since they were moved under FC Survey and FC Video pages. Not even if DQ'd from their surveys.

When they were on their own page, we got credit. Now we don't.  Tried 2 videos again today. Nothing again. The Hypermax video credited but NONE of the Peanut Lab videos.

Until it's fixed, I won't bother wasting time. Too frustrating.

Mine are not crediting either.  Would be nice if things worked here at the being of the month.

I went to FC Surveys, My Transactions, I reported a problem to
all the 2 cents videos I watched and was not credited for.

Two and three days later, it has not been credited.

I do not know what else to do to get credited.

I do not watch those videos anymore.

I reported the videos and surveys, too, and still have not been credited after 3 days. I'm not doing them anymore either.

I am not receiving credit for the 2 cent videos either. Seems like a big waste of time to even bother with them right now. Hopefully, they will get fixed soon.

i am glad all those problem not only happen to me, i mean, at least i am not doing something wrong. I dont get any credit for watching the videos aither, nor for DQ peanut lab surveys

I won't try them anymore either until I know they are fixed. I have spent too much time trying to get credit and just wasting my time.

What I think is odd is when people click into a thread and scroll directly to the end to post their issue in connection to the topic.  Did anyone notice that the Administrator answered this about 15 links ago???
