Do you exercise with or without music. I prefer to have music so i can stay focused and not concentrate
On how much longer i have to exercise.

Depends on what I do, but usually with music. It makes my workout go by faster and it makes it more fun. lol

I started walking in November, but have not added music to my walking. LOL

I am so happy to say I almost lost 50 pounds. Wish I could go another 50 down.  :thumbsup:

During winter I walked almost 8 miles a day. But now the days are getting hot and I try to walk at least 3 miles 3 times a week.

Listening to music definitely is more fun but I just have an exercise routine I use and generally just concentrate on it.

I exercise to a TV Show on DVD.  I find the commercial breaks in the show give me nice varied timing when I switch up my cross-training from aerobic to strength exercises.  Each segment gives you a good 5-7 minutes on the exercise and takes your mind off of tracking the time doing it.  When the show is over, then I stretch out.  Gives a good 40-45 minute workout, plus stretching time after.

With music and I listen to upbeat songs. The faster the song, the more work I do for some reason.

Majority of the time I listen to music while exercising. I don't like silence in general so I usually am listening to music while on the computer or at least have the tv on as background noise

If I am out jogging or stuck in a room exercising I listen to music.

If I'm out playing sports or I do without.

I like to have music on when I'm exercising. My exercise time seems to go faster when I do it that way. Also, I'm not focused on the time I have to finish.

I run with music otherwise its hard to keep going, i usually pick a few songs and just run until there done thats how i keep track of how long i run that day.
