I think with some good chicken. LOL just kidding. I am not really good at this but I do chop up some chicken pieces mixing thighs and breast for my meat maybe a pound of each if you have a big family. Cook the chicken remove from pan and then cook onions. I use a chicken taco seasoning add chicken and little water simmer for 5 minutes until it is completely cooked.

What I like to do to make chicken tacos is I will put some chicken breast into the crockpot in the morning and let it cook all day on low. I I really love Campbell's Mexican Red Chile Taco sauce they make for slowcookers. I will throw that in with the meat. It will be really soft and pull apart easy. I than just shred it up, and add to the taco shells. It's a really easy process.

I use different toppings such as refried beans, sour cream cheese and seasoned chicken as well as lettuce and tomato.

I just use the cooked chicken you find in the refridgerated section of the grocery store. Just heat it  up and add your fav toppings. YUM

I use salsa, and spicy taco seasoning and cook in the crock pot and then add my favorites on top.

Chicken breast, a package of taco seasoning. If I have time, I let the chicken cook slowly till it is very tender, and seasoning mix-that's it. I like the soft tacos, toppings like cheese lettuce sour cream and tomatoes. The seasoned chicken is great for chicken nachos too!

I think the last time I put chicken on a taco I used that chicken that is already cooked and cut into strips.  I think maybe Tyson?  It is in a green bag and around $2.50.

@yaayme - Never?  Not even at Taco Bell?  Or maybe they just have chicken burritos?  I thought they had tacos too with chicken.  I am not sure.  Not been there in ages.

I don't usually make chicken tacos, but I like to roll chicken in a whole wheat tortilla, dressed with Eva's red chili (available online if it's not in your store) and cilantro, maybe a smear of Miracle Whip.  Yum.  It's even better with turkey.  :D

I haven't made chicken tacos but pmagalei's recipe makes it look easy and delicious.  Must try it.
