I had an incident at Walmart a few weeks ago myself. It was a $3 off coupon. The lady gave me the run around for about 15 minutes until I was finally like forget it, I will just try it another time.

I had one for $3 off some razors today but they were like $13 so I didn't get them.  Still too expensive.  If I had the right product I never would have said forget it.  lol

I use them only when I see it time worth for me to go.  Most of the time I don't use coupon for anything.

I don't have coupons like that but I love using them. I usually tap into consumer websites for coupons before purchase, or retailmenot for additional coupons as well. Comes in handy ever so often.

No I don't.  They don't have coupons for the things I buy.  I'm getting away from canned and processed foods anyway.

I use coupons if I have and remember to use them, because most times, I let them expire, before I use them.

Good for you!!! I use coupons not all the time but when I do it is always a good savings, and in these times I am always on the look out for ways to save money and be more cost effective, so I will continue with my coupons :)

At the grocery store I shop at, there are a few cashiers that are real sticklers so we have learned which ones to avoid. Most of the better cashiers will just quickly scan the coupons for the expiration date.
Most of the grocery stores by us give double coupon, something Walmart does not.

My problem with Wal-Mart and coupons was not really the cashier; the scanning machine would not take them and I was told there was nothing that could be done, they were not allowed to take them if the machine did not validate them.  The coupons definitely had not expired.  If I had a suspicious nature I would think management purposely rigged the machines so they would not have to mess with sending them in.  One of the coupons actually was a Wal-Mart coupon.
