Problem with Commercial Survey

I was doing one of those commercial surveys. I was on my third commercial and got the message that the survey has stopped. That is that. I can not continue. I remember before I went on vacation, another member had the same problem. I also remember many responses. i think that someone said something about leaving the screen open.

I have the page open. I can not do anything more.  Anyone else having a similar problem today or in the past?

I was able to complete both commercial surveys today.I did have a problem with one of them.It was the Quick Entertaing Study. The last commercial of that survey took a long time to load.Istared at a blank screen for several minutes before it finally loaded and played.The other one,the Hump Day TV Ads Study,worked without any trouble.

I've had them just stop and I just reload them until it works correctly

I got it going again and I was able to finish and get credit. I was on chrome. I got this said face from chrome that told me to cancel or retry.  I tried the retry and it took me to where my survey had ended. I remember at least one other FC member having a similar situation.

That's lucky. I had to start from the beginning but I think I was using Firefox that day

I had a problem with today's commercial survey.It failed to load.When I clicked the link,it took me to a blank white screen.I waited several minutes on it,but nothing happened.

Wow!  I feel for you on that one.  I know that those commercial surveys are great, easy money.  All I can say is don't give up and good luck in your future attempts.
