What kind of cheese do you enjoy?

There are not many cheeses I don't like.  I know I don't like blue cheese and have never had goat's cheese, but I don't think I would like it.

I really like most any kind of cheese but my favorite is sharp cheddar followed by plain old American, Velveeta and Swiss.

I think I'm crossed with a mouse. I love ALL cheeses, even limburger. I need to put cheese on just about everything I eat. I even make a dish with noodles which I boil, and then melt 3 kinds of cheeses, extra sharp, Swiss, and White American. The cheeses I use are not fresh, they're older, usually just left over pieces that you can't be used in any other dish. I then add a tablespoon or more of Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing to make the cheeses "smooth" and not "clumpy."  I don't make it too often because it's really fattening.

Having Lactose Intolerance the only cheese I can eat is Swiss which I love and Parmesan.  But I always loved cheese of every kind until I couldn't eat them any more.
