What kind of cheese do you enjoy?

Yes please to cheese! I like all kinds of cheeses. It just depends on what I'm making to eat. I like pepper jack in eggs, parmesan in sun-dried tomato pesto, and blue cheese in salad to name a few. One cheese I don't think I would ever try is limburger because of the smell.

I like most cheese if it is not fake , but my favorite is blue cheese and the feta.  Hubby turns up hie nose at both. So I mainly get it when we go out.

Since I live in a state that is known for its cheese (Wisconsin), it is hard for me to make one choice because I am a big cheese lover. I guess I would have to go with one of the stand-bys, and that would be cheddar.

I like how the question was phrased as to what kind of cheese do we like instead of if we like cheese; I guess that's a foregone conclusion that most people enjoy at least some type of cheese! I also like all kinds of cheese that it's hard to just say which kind is my favorite. Partially it depends on how it's being used... Cheddar or Swiss to snack on, colby or jack for sandwiches (although cheddar and Swiss are also good on sandwiches as long as they aren't too overpowering), bleu cheese for salads or along with wings, parm. or mozzarella for Italian dishes etc. However I don't really care for American cheese or any cheese loafs like pepper jack (I actually really dislike pepper jack as it tastes fake to me; I'd rather have a "plain" cheese like a marble jack and then put on actual hot peppers to give my sandwich an extra kick). There's a local liquor store (owned by a grocery chain) that has a wine tasting just about every Saturday, and for the tasting, they'll get a cheese tray from the grocery's deli, so they usually offer some really interesting cheeses like cheese with various spices in them, or fruity ones. Sometimes after sampling one of those cheese, I'll buy a block from the store to take to my family's house as an appetizer.

Oh, CHEESE!!  I love Mozzarella, Ricotta (both have to be "whole milk" or it just tastes like melted plastic), Locatelli, Feta, Swiss, American (white or yellow), Asiago, Cheddar... I'm sure there's a whole lot more but I can't think of them offhand.  I am such a big cheese eater and coming from an Italian background, we eat plenty of it.

Swiss is my favorite, followed by cheddar.  I am somewhat fussy about cheeses and really dislike processed "cheese" that is made from corn oil.

I like alot of different cheeses Cream Havarti, Gouda, Munster, Cheddar even "american" lol which I'm not sure is really cheese - I also like bleu cheese on a hamburger and in salad dressing.  Now what "animals" those relate to I do not know and to my knowledge have never had buffalo cheese.

I really like a sharp cheddar. and there is this whiskey cheddar that it really delicious and I just tried a really nice smokey cheese.. that was incredible...

My favorite kind she is: cheese from Oregon the sharp is very good at so is the pepper Jack!. I go to the cheese factory sometimes in Tillamook and have free samples and take a tour very good!

I love any kind of cheddar. Especially aged white cheddar. I also like mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

there are not many cheeses I dont like. Swiss while I eat it, is one of my less favorites, especially if its sharp
