Do you have a bad habit?

I have lots of bad habits I'm sure but the one that bothers me the most is eating too many sweets.

I drink way too much coffee and I bite my nails. I've haven't ruined my nails recently and they are starting to look okay. Overthinking and stressing out is something I also need to work on.

Smoking is my bad habit! I know I need to stop but I am having a very hard time!

Ok now don't laugh lol, I have this habit of doing things twice...example.. if I drop something I need to pick it up and drop again ugh very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...I know it's crazy

My two are also smoking cigarettes and coffee.  I also know I need to quit, but it is rough.  Cigarettes are going up and up in price so much it's crazy.  I am 44 and started smoking when I was about 16.  When I started, cigarettes were about 98 cents a pack.  I remember shortly after high school when I was working in a grocery store and my manager saw me smoking outside on a break and he told me they were going to something like 2 bucks a pack.  He asked me if I would pay that.  I laugh now, because they are more than double that now and I still have the habit.

Ice chewing. But I have recently found out that I have low iron levels and ice chewing is a symptom.

I smoke and have tried to quit, but with so much that has happened in my life the smoking once in a while helps me calm down. I don't smoke it any ones house or ours. I don't drink, eat much in the way of sweets, or snack much. So I guess a few cigs a day are not that bad.

Eating junk food when I am stressed!  I really wish it was easier to not eat when I get stressed out...

Thinking way to much and dwelling on different things that have happened way to long ago are mine. I wish I was one of those people who can just let things go.

I bite my nails. It's a nonstop thing. Its been going on for years and I really wish I could STOP

yes I have bad habit. I have raggedy yucky ;nails. to short!

Procrastination.... Put off doing hw, studying. and reports/labs at the last minute.... My grades suffer from tests T_T
