Ok so, I've been excited all week so I had to post about it. I'll be going into labor with my first baby son tomorrow! Getting to the hospital at 7am to get induced & it'll all go from there! I'm really nervous but I'm sure there's a lot of other mama's on here! Wish me luck!! I CAN'T WAIT TO MEET HIM!

Congratulations to you and yours!  Don't be nervous!  Being induced just speeds things up a bit, LOL.  First babies can take a while before they decide to make their entrance in to their new world.  Have you chosen a name for your SON?

I hope your induction along with labor and delivery ran smooth for you and your son.  What an exciting yet exhausting time.  My 15 and 7 year old daughters were induced.  I hated it the first time around... but by the 3rd delivery I had a better idea of what to expect.  #4 is due in Nov.  Hope we hear how it went for you.

Congratulations! i was induced (and had the epidural!). I think it's better than 2am false alarms!

Good luck to you...I am sure everything will come out fine (literally-LOL).  Both of our babies were induced and they turned out fine.  We didn't know the sexes of either one until they were born and in the outside world.  We kind of went by old wive's tales like if Mommy is beautiful during pregnancy than she will have a baby girl. Kind of tough with my wife because she was beautiful with both and my second child was a boy! We only had a handful of boy's names because we were pretty sure it was going to be a boy so we kind of scrambled at the last minute. Ended up working fine...he is still happy with his name fifteen years later!

This posting is after your delivery.  I'm so happy for you.  It's  a wonderful feeling to have a child.  My girls are grown up and one is a mommy herself, but I remember the joy they brought us as they grew.  We watched our little babies blossom from babies to beautiful women and you will watch your son grow into a great man.  I hope everything went well and you and your baby are fine.  Keep us posted.

Congratulations, I remember being pregnant with my son and finally getting induced. I was like a hawk watching him. If he had to leave the room I couldn't relax until he was in there. I even remember him having a different cry from the other babies. Thats probably a mama thing, I always thought before that would have just been an animal thing.
