I just started a twelve week program that brought me great success ten years ago. thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity (usually the bike for me) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Weightlifting on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for forty five minutes. Six meals per day using palm sized portions of protein and carbohydrates topped with vegetables. Saturday is a free day. I am in week two. The last time I went from two hundred and twenty six pounds down to one hundred and eighty five. My body fat went from twenty two percent to nine percent. The before and after pictures were great. I work out in the morning and If I can't I push myself at night.
