Problem with HyprMX Videos

I have had a problem with HyprMX Videos the last two days. When I click on, I get a blank white page, nothing more. Nothing ever loads.  Is anyone else having a problem like this?

I'm having a problem with them today.  The video comes up and starts but on the some of the pages, the countdown stops at zero and doesn't show the "next page".  I can see that the (Reuters) video page is having problems reloading.  Occasionally when I close it, the countdown page changes to "reload page" -- which I do and the ad continue (until it happens again).

A couple times, however, the "reload" message did not come up -- I just got a message from my browser saying there was a problem with the page and it closed the page.  Tried it again, got the same message -- so I stopped.

Sent in a support ticket.  Hope they can figure out what's going on.

Hello,
I also have that problem, however,  it is once in a while, altogether,
it is pretty good.
I still have a problem with Radio Loyalty, usually in the morning.
Do not ask me why. I do not understand it. It reminds me of
a car I used to drive a long time ago. I had to let it run a few
minutes before I could drive, then I was good to go.

I still think Fusion Cash is a great site.

I haven't had much trouble with HyprMX videos but each one seems to act differently.  Those are the only videos I can get lately.  All of the rest say "not available" or "not available in your region."

I'm still having problems with the Reuters videos on HypMx.  They come up and start but on the 2, 3 or later pages (of 5), Reuters is having a problem reloading the page.

The Publisher videos for 60 sec work just fine.

Have you try different browser? Sometime don't work but if you come back for couple hour and try it again sometime it works for me.

I can't get the HyprMX videos to do anything in IE but runs smoothly in firefox.  Most videos run great in firefox but every now and then there is one (usually those that want you to "like" but you can skip) that is a problem in firefox but no problem in IE. 

I did discover some of the IE problems are a issue with IE 10 & 11 and Adobe Flash,  it is a known problem since Nov 2013 with fixes of either returning to IE 9 or using Firefox/Chrome.  Microsoft has not fixed it!!  I spent days trying to figure out what was wrong with my computer and finally as I narrowed it down I discovered it being a known common issue!

The problem has been corrected. I think that it was a glitch on the Fusion Cash side and it has been corrected.

I tried the HyrMx videos using Firefox and the problem I had with the Reuters HyprMx Video disappeared.  I was using IE previously.

Unforutnately, the Watch This Video videos didn't work with either browsers.  Got kittens to watch with IE; got a white screen in Firefox.

No problems here except that there weren't that many. I quess I watched them all yesterday.
