commercial survey won't credit

Recently I've been finishing the FC Surveys commercial surveys only to get a "This survey has ended" message instead of the usual "There are no more pages in this survey" message. Then it won't take me to the pages that said I would receive credit for the survey. That stinks. It has always been the one survey I could count on not to have problems.

What's going on, and can it be fixed?

Usually when this happens it just freezes and needs time to catch up..
I usually wait 20 to 30 minutes.. By leaving the window open until i have recieved credit..
Almost always it will catch up and give credit.. But if you close the window then you basically
just gave the money you just earned back..

I would put in a support ticket.. Not sure how much they can really do though
seeing as that it does come from a diffrent survey site..

I hope you get credt for the survey!

Did you click the Ok button?  The screen shot you provided shows there to be a button, if you click it, it should redirect you to the completion page.  I've never had any trouble getting credit for these Commercial surveys.

I have never clicked the OK button. The page always redirects automatically for me. I'm using Internet Explorer 10. You might want to try using a different browser. Good luck to you.

Did this credit for you yet? This happened to me earlier, but I received credit in maybe two-three hours. I wasn't checking constantly to see how long it took

I had something similar happen to me for about 2 weeks straight on those surveys, I think I must have completed 10 surveys, I used the bar to match the number at the end and then instead of the credit page I would get a shop at home page. I sent a support ticket and really thought that since I had completed all of those surveys I would eventually get credit for those surveys, but I was simply told they didnt get paid so neither would I.
