They do have a new format but the time frame of 10 minutes still stands. You have to type in the capcha after listening for 10 minutes. I find is you wait to long and not type in the capcha I think the 10 minutes start over. However I may be wrong. I set a timer for 10 minutes which helps me greatly. Best of luck to you.

Hmmm.... Haven't used that service in a while, didn't know there was a new format.
I'll have to check it out!

The captcha format hasn't changed recently -- though they have been, happily, reasonably easy to read.  The box that shows other available stations has changed.

I use a timer to let me know when the captcha should come up.  Sometimes it's right on the money; sometimes it comes up and then disappears before I can enter the captcha, but if I wait a couple of minutes, it comes up again and I can enter it for credit.  Credit is delayed by an hour or so -- but I'm comfortable enough with the process to believe that if the captcha is accepted, I will eventually get credit.

Occasionally Adobe Flash will crash -- or there is other interference that messes up the connection.  When that happens, the 10 minute time frame is reset.  If I find that I have not gotten a captcha in my 10 minute time frame, I usually give it another 10 minute and if the captcha doesn't appear, I refresh the page  and/or close the page and restart Radio Loyalty.

The Captcha seems fine to me, A while back they changed it and it really sucked. Now it's just fine to me.

I like the new format better, the list of stations loads faster with my internet connection. However, I still have trouble with the captchas; a lot of times they never show up. I do think it is a Flash problem.

If you wait too long, go ahead and submit.  You will get an error message but another captcha will come up and allow you to re-enter and submit.  Also, instead of submitting when you are sure it has been too long to be validated, you can click on the little icon that sort of looks like an arrow under the captcha field to the right and a new one will appear.  (All this is dependent on it working correctly.)

Radiology ??? This isn't a hospital, it's RADIO LOYALTY 8)  You need to put the code in after 10 mins. can't be anymore straight forward than that.  Once in awhile there are glitches but it is easy money :highfive:

I have the Radio Loyalty going throughout my day.  I don't pay that much attention to the ten minute limit, so many times I simply refresh the captcha phrase and get my credit even though it is way over ten minutes.  I've had enough experience with the process that I trust I will get my credit eventually.  I guess I would make more money if I would set a timer.  I did do that when RL first came out, but I got tired of the hassle.  If I am sitting at my computer, I can usually keep up with the ten minutes in my head.

I love Radio Loyalty and it's new format.  As someone else mentioned it does load much quicker now.
