Which of these environments do you live in, or which one are you more comfortable with?

I prefer the country life. But we are living in a small town and it is not so bad. Nothing like living in the big cities. Yeah we have to drive 80 miles 1 way to do a lot of our shopping and taking dad to the doctors. But hey we make it a nice day. Save a lot of money on top of it.

I think I have the best of both worlds.  I live in the suburbs.  I have deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, chipmunks, etc in my yard.  No city noise, pretty quiet.  Get in the car and about 15 minutes we are in the city, restaurants, plays, movies, nightlife, etc.   Love it here!

There's no place like the country. I couldn't live anywhere else. I like the quiet, peace and beauty of the country.

I love living in the city for the most part, but the late night noise and sirens can be annoying at times, but there is almost always something to do, and the fact that public transportation is always accessible is nice when you don't want to drive, and lots of places to shop!

Green Acres is the place for me. I love the country life. Less noise and more natural beauty to look at. I am happiest outdoors with the wildlife. Happy Easter and maybe you will see a bunny!

City life. I do not cope well without civilization.

I live in the country, and have gotten accustomed to it.  It is a mostly quiet atmosphere.  Living in the city I enjoyed too until I discovered how noisy it is.  I have managed to close out the noises I hear from day to day.    :rainbow:

I wouldn't trade the country for anything. It means a lot more freedom.

I grew up in a small town (6800) people, but the town council keeps putting more and more rules and regulations on the people of the town.  If we can no longer keep up with our property, we might have to move into town, or worse yet, if anything happens to my hubby, I know I can't keep up with the property and I would have to go to a Senior Hi-Rise and put up with both county and local rules. I never want to see that day come to pass.

I actually enjoy country life better than city life. Im not saying it is easier but it is usually an easier attitude.
