We have a dog that our daughter picked out at the pound almost 14 years ago.  He has been a member of the family ever since.  He's kind of an odd looking dog but that just makes him more special.  He's having a few issues; doesn't see real good and his hearing is failing somewhat but overall he's in really good shape considering his age.  Gonna be a really sad day when we lose him.

I have a 3 year old yellow Lab and a 4 year old Min Pin mix. Plus I keep my parents dog sometimes, a 9 year old American Eskimo/Jack Russell mix.

We have a 10 year mix shitzu, and she has been a member of our family for about 9 of those years.  She thinks she is my daughter more than my own kids.  Every afternoon if I am going to drop or pick someone up and say lets go to whoever is going with me she is at the door waiting and sits in front of the car door to wait for me to open it for her.  SHe is totally sweet and a fears doberman when it comes to protect the family members.

i love all three of my fur babies---we have Demon a rotty mix 2 years old --Katie Sue who had cancer when we fostered her and the shelter wanted to put her to sleep but i wouldnt let them she is now cancer free!!!! she is a beagle mix and about 7 years old then we have wild child Khloe Rahnea she is a pit bull and is 1 --i have never seen a dog with so much energy --heck fire i wish i had one fourth  the energy she has--lol

I love my dogs.  I have 5 - all rescue dogs. Two toy poodles, 1 Lhasa, and 2 big dogs (mixed breeds).  They are all good dogs and all get along.

I have one a wennie dog. She is so sweet she just turned 5 years old last month.

I currently live in an apartment where I'm not allowed to have pets.  I have had dogs in the past and I felt very, very blessed.  I love animals. 

Lately, I've had an opportunity to spend time with a couple of cats that hang out at my apartment complex and I've never owned cats; however, I can honestly say that I'm falling in love with them, as well.

We have a nine year old Australian Terrier. She is so cute. She's full of life and loves to play. She is the first dog I raised from a puppy.

I have a 4 year old Shepherd mix who is still 100% puppy.  He's a hyper little guy .. maybe by the time he's 5 he will start to calm down .. I can only hope ... LOL
