Email for 2cents

I have not been getting credit for the emails for 2 cents . I wish I new why I keep getting an error and no credit. I also hope I posted this to the right forum.

Sorry you are having this issue. I have not had any problems getting credit for my email. Maybe someone will post to give you some advice on how to resolve this problem. Best of luck.

Have you tried using a different browser? I know there are some that will pop up that I'm only able to open on IE instead of my normal browsers or Firefox and Chrome

I have no problems with this now but it happened only once.

 I have gotten credit but, there time i dint get the email. today i did get the email don't knoow why but, will see what happens tomarrow.

I have not been having a problem with daily email. As one member suggested, try using a different browser. Try re-booting your computer. If that does not work, try signing up for daily email again. And if you continue to have problems, open a support ticket.

You might get more assistance from FC members if you move this post to the Support Board.

I had the same problem today with not receiving the .02 cent daily email.  I made sure to check my spam mail and all emails received from Fusion Cash but no daily email.  It's good to know I wasn't the only one having this problem.  Hopefully it will be corrected soon.

Some suggestions include:
-Using different browsers
-Use different OS (Windows/Mac)
-Restart computer
-Try from different IP address
-Contact FC

There was one day last week that they skipped me which happens now and then. It's nothing new. Contact them if you keep having a problem.

  I have gotten credit for every email i work on, but i never have trouble.

Just re click the option to receive the emails and they will start again.
