i do but i am getting to the point it is nothing but news about shootings death robberies what has become of this world

The "news" has become nothing more than "entertainment" at this juncture.  Once upon a time it was "real news" but since the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION it's now just a bunch of malarkey cause THEY DICTATE WHAT THE JOURNALISTS CAN AND CANNOT REPORT.

The news is not the same, since they are on 24 hours a day on many channels they have a lot of filler garbage.  They also repeat the same thing over and over and over.  I watch about 30 minutes a day and have just as good a grasp as some of the news junkies who watch all the time.  Also, a lot of what is put out there is just some guys opinion, not the news, it's what they think of the news.   If you think that the news is biased towards one party or the other, you just have to switch the channel to the other biased in your way.

yes i do,,,,  every evening from 5 pm to 7pm.  Love our evening news people,,,  they are witty and great people.

yes i watch our local news everyday but i rarely watch world news --so much violence and saddness i mostly watch to see the weather and sports

yea that is why I barely look at them anymore. I figure sometimes it's better not knowing.

No, I do not watch the news. I cannot afford cable tv anyway.. Facebook and You Tube are enough for me.

No, I usually don't watch the news.  It's too negative.  I agree with Dr Andrew Weil that it's not good for us.  It's been getting worse and worse for a long time, not just the past several years.  It forces us to witness such horrific things.  It's not healthy.

I mostly watch local news now. I hardly ever watch world news anymore because it's so depressing and full of violence as of late.

I watch Fox 13 News and I usually read about certain events on a specific website.  There is enough negativity in the news; however, I've learned to detach and observe so I'm not emotionally involved. 

It's important to me to know.....

what's happening locally and around the world.
