I use a number of different search engines.  When I can't find what I'm looking for, I'll use these three:  Bing, Google, Ask.  Only thing I don't like about these search engines are that they will give up your information in a heart beat.  For more sensitive searches, I'll use a search engine that doesn't store any information about you.  That one is called "StartPage."

if its only between those two then I would go with Bing, Yahoo is just downhill now.

I prefer bing over yahoo. But my best preference is google.
