beer wine or mixed drinks

i do not drink but my husband drinks wine most of the time and beer every now and then but when i did drink it was mixed drinks or beer

I don't drink alcoholic beverages now but in my younger days my favorite mixed drink was Strawberry Daiquiri's.

I like to drink some mix drink.  My brother would make me something that he mix in.  So that I could control my alcahol level.

When I was young I used to drink "Scotch on the rocks" being that I started when I was fourteen(used to drink from my father's stuff when he wasn't looking) by the time I was 21 years old I had to quit so I wouldn't die because it affected my liver. Since then I haven't drank but I know if I do I am putting my life in my hands so I don't dare. I am retired and regret doing that when I was young because now I can't even celebrate New Year's with a social drink because of that. My suggestion is don't drink you never know what you are doing to your body. I learned the hard way.

I  like wines and mixed drinks, never developed a taste for beer...nasty tasting stuff!

I like to drink beer. Mixed drinks are too sweet for me. Wine is nice but only for special occasions.

I like to drink beer every once in a while. I rather drink at home it's safer and cheaper. It's probably a couple times a month I do. Surely not as much as I did when I was younger.

Usually if I'm out with friends, I'll have a rum & Coke, while if I'm having dinner with my family (like when I go to my parent's for the holidays) I tend to drink wine. And if I'm just home by myself, then I usually have a beer; there is a local liquor store that has a large selection of specialty / craft beers, and they have a "Pick Your Poison" section where you can put together your own 6-pack of beers out of any of the bottles in that section. I like the taste of good beers and like to sample different flavors, so this is a perfect deal for me. However few of the national brands are what I'd consider a "good" beer; most American brands taste horrible, thus why I tend to drink mixed drinks when I go to a bar with friends.
