How do you eat beef steak: tartar, rare-done, medium, or welldone?

I like my steak medium well to well done.

I don't really care for steak, and or very little beef. Worked in a meat market for a long time and got to where I would not eat it at all. But sometimes I have to cook with bee 9meatloaf or hamburgers0 for hubby who is a beef and potatoe eater. I prefer chicken, light pork or turkey. But he will eat whatever I fix.

In order for me to eat any type of steak it needs to be well done.  When I bite into my steak I don't want any red or pink showing.  This does not work for me.  As long as it's well done I'm good.

I always order or cook my steak to about a medium or medium rare, i love that pink center its so flavorful and juciy!

Medium rare.  At that point you haven't cooked all the flavour out of the steak (as is customary with 'well-done' steaks), and it isn't a blue, *bleep* mess.

most definitely Well Done..now my son in law likes his med rare..Yuck.I cannot handle it pink or any blood coming out..

I like my steak well-done, but not burnt.  I can also eat it medium well.  I have tried rare, but that is too chewy and can't stand the too red color.

No steak tartar for me in fact I want my beef well done - I don't want it burnt or totally dried out but I don't really want any pink and for sure don't want anything more than barely pink.  Ewwww! Sometimes I don't know why I'm not a vegetarian but that occasional cheeseburger will not be denied.
