Swagbucks does something like this, they set a random goal everyday and you earn  bonus Swagbucks if you reach the goal that day.  They pay the bonus Swagbucks once a month.  I think it's a great idea.

Nice!!! A daily goal meter would be real helpful. That will show us what we need to do to accomplish our goal.
