was turning on a street and a guy coming out  of a parking lot didn't even stop or look just pulled right out in front of me scared me to death people should learn how to drive before getting behind the wheel

People do not care.  They are so wrapped up in what they are doing, where they are going, texting, or just being stupid.  Glad you didn't get hit or hurt.

I live down the street from a hospital and I see more people, both pedestrians and cars, just go out into the street without paying attention there than almost anywhere else.  I think it's scarier to see a person just dart out in front of your car than another vehicle

Some of the drivers should not be driving. Have 2 bad wrecks because someone had their heads up where it does not belong and rammed into me . Both ran red lights. They walked away from the wrecks while I had to pay a heck of a price.. Months of treatments and now having very bad problems related to them. Both had to pay healthy fines. 1 had insurance and the other didn't. I am a people watcher at times I will sit out on my front porch and watch idiots drive by.

Amen to that!  So many people just get behind the wheel and then think they own the whole road.

I know just how you feel.  I agree 100 %.  A few years ago, some woman ran a red light at an intersection that I was about to cross.  The light had been red for several seconds so she was clearly at fault.  If I didn't wait and treat the light like a stop sign, looking both ways before crossing, I would have been clobbered.  When I caught up to the car at the next light, there she was trying to figure out how to work her cell phone.

That is the thing with driving i don't drive that much but i always am on top of it ,others not so much.Over the years have had a few close calls always involving someone pulling out in front of me or a quick lane change and you have to break fast.

That happens too often. So manypeople aren't focused on driving, they are focused on other issues. This is scary so we have to stay focused to watch out for those drivers.

Yes, there are some very poor drivers out there!!!

That's why we need to drive defensively.  Never know what someone else will do behind the wheel.

I'm glad you didn't get hurt.  I just posted (last week) about a little girl and her grandfather who wrecked because someone did that to them.

i agree they need to stop using drivers licenses out of a cracker jack box or make them go back to school

Yep moments such as these are scary and kind of suck the air out of you but thank goodness the situation didn't result in a car accident.  We all do stupid stuff on occasion but it certainly pays to be careful and watch out for the person not being careful.
