You have to fill out your profile immediately after you activate your account, or you forfeit your sign-up bonus.
Phone verification has nothing to do with it. You just need to do that before you cash out.

You do not forfeit your sign up bonus if you don't do it immediately. Go to support, click on live support, and type in "i didn't get my sign-up bonus". There will be a link for you to fill out your information. After that go back to support and type in the same thing. Click on the link and complete the page.

I suppose it's changed then. When I signed up, it said I needed to fill out my info *right then* or I'd lose the $5 bonus.

My dad didn't get a sign up bonus.

He assumed it was beacuse I reffered him, and I got a bonus in his place.
