Well it depends... on where i go...
If i'm going out i get.. lettuce, mustard, pickles, and double patty no cheese!

If i am home making burger i put double patty and loads of pickles topped with mustard and
sometimes i grab some cheese to go on it.. especially if we are griling!

when i'm home, i use montreal steak seasoning on the burgers, provolone cheese, sweet baby rays bbq sauce, lettuce, pickle, tomato

I like ketchup and mustard on mine and if it's available, I'll add cheese, pickles, bacon and onion.

Where am I going to get the burger first? If its McDonalds then the usual minus pickle, same with White Castle no pickle. If I'm cooking it, I want just the burger and the bun lol. Oh and if I'm going to Wendy's I'll just get bacon on it with extra bacon, I also get that at Steak N Shake lol. I'm a very picky eater.

first if I was putting together a sandwich, I would first put lettace, tomato, ketchup, mustard, maybe mayonaise, onions and relish

It depends on where I am and what is available.  If we are out at a restaurant, I will pretty much get whatever is available.  Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, ketchup, mayo, and green peppers are my main ones though.  However, if I am at home, normally it's just the burger with mustard and ketchup.  Maybe a few other ingredients but it really depends on the day.

Most of the time, only cheese. Sometimes I'll put a dab of mustard between the cheese and burger then melt the cheese on top, then put a slice of tomato, lettuce and mayo on top.
