FC Surveys are SUSPECT
« on: March 07, 2014, 10:56:01 am »
I know that sometimes I do not get compensated for surveys that I complete, but recently I completed a FC survey only to be told that the survey was now closed. Why did FC allow me to take the survey and complete it, only to notify me that this survey is now closed. This will not stop me from taking surveys but this is something that should not happen. Has anyone ever taken a survey and was informed that the survey was closed after they completed the survey?

First, try to understand that Fusion Cash is merely hosting these surveys.  Once you click on the survey, it's usually a survey company called "Precision Sample" that you'll be taking the survey through.  It's not FC's fault if the survey is closed, it's the survey company's fault for not taking it down.  I do feel for you because I have been victim to the "survey is now closed" baloney, too.  I agree that these companies need to be a bit more aware and up-to-date with their surveys so that people like you and me don't complete surveys that are already closed and not get credit for them.  After all, they ARE receiving our answers to these surveys and I seriously wonder if our answers are being tallied for the survey even though they claim it's "closed."

I just had one of those yesterday...25 minutes of my time wasted!! It sucks when this happens, and I don't like it.....that was time I could have spent doing something else earning money!!!  GRRRR! I think some of the survey companies play dirty too....keep our answers without compensation for our time.

It is unfortunate and frustrating when that happens, I know.  However, it's just the nature of the beast with surveys.  They need a certain percentage of each demographic and if your little section of the demographics fills while you are working, that survey can be considered complete.  It is not at all anything that FC does.  It is those who are tallying the results at the survey company.  And, yes, although it is a waste of time, if FC does not get paid for the survey, they cannot pay us.

I just had something similar happen to me with one of the FC commercial ad surveys, and I love those and get quite a few of them.   However, as I got to that last page where you are told to slide the slider bar to a number and hit submit to submit your survey, I did just that.  But, somehow after hitting submit, the slider jumped to the next number, and, of course, I got that "you do not qualify" for this survey message that brings dirty words to my mouth.  But, oh well, FC was not credited, so those 75 pennies for that survey and that time went FLUSH - right down the pot.  It happens.  But FC is such a great site, it is so easy to make up for it in so many other ways.

All I can say is I do feel for you in the situation and keep trying and good luck to you.

I haven't had that happen. But I've taken surveys where I've answered 15 minutes of questions -- some very detailed and personal -- only to be told I don't qualify.

i did twelve surveys the other day --some that took 10 to 15 minutes only to be told i did not qualify for any of them --yes i get the cents for not qualifing but still out of 12 not to qualify for just one??? this is why i stick to the videos much easy and less frustrating!!

Oh my God this happen to me to a couple of days ago. I did the whole survey and it said thank you and when I push the very last button to get out of the survey it said it was completed. I was so mad because it was a long survey.
