     Avoid all white breads because they will make fat. Try all "whole wheat" thin flat pocket breads, with honey. No high fructose corn syrup.

I like both white bread and wheat bread. My husband don't eat white bread so we stick to the wheat bread.

I eat wheat and white bread.  I don't like the taste of rye bread, which I discovered when I was eating Beefsteak bread.

My favorite bread is Weight Watchers Rye but i can't always get it. So sometimes I have to settle for Weight Watches wheat or whole Grains. We almost never eat white bread anymore.
