Decision Maker Study...wow
« on: March 05, 2014, 03:08:20 pm »
I tried the FC survey, "Decision Maker Study." The first question asked what my household income was, but there were no choices...just a "continue" button. I clicked the button and was told to make a selection, but there were still no choices. Wow.

I had that in a survey. There were just no options available even after disabling the style on the page and refreshing.

That happened to me as well, but I was on the 2nd or 3rd page of the survey so I had to exit out and didn't receive credit :(

:( I've had that happen on surveys too. Get to the last page, and there's nothing you can do. If it is a glitch they'll fix it soon.

I've had similar things happen to me on surveys.  It is quite annoying, I know.  Hang in there and keep trying other surveys as they become available.  That's what I always do.  In a short time you will more than make up the loss for the ones that turn out to have a glitch.   :)

That has happened to me before.  I just click compalability view (the button on the left of the refresh button) and it usually works for me.

I have 3 different browsers working and none of them have a compatability view button on left of the refresh button (nor could I find it anywhere else).  I'm using Windows 7

What operating system and browser are you using?

I had that happen on other surveys. Its frustrating, but I just close the window and go on to something else.

Strange things happen when it comes to surveys sometimes, but all we can do is go to the next one.
