Why I cannot get into survey Monday commercial study? I want to have restored. I did nothing wrong. I did what was supposed to be done. Can you help?

What message are you getting in regards to this survey? It's likely it just met its quota, and no longer needs responses.

I just did a commercial study (it was supposed to be a survey for mothers but got rerouted) and I went through all the questions all the way to the end where it asked me to put the number scale on a certain number.  I hit 'next' and got a window that said "This survey has ended" and a button to click 'ok' and it took me back to the screen with the sliding number.  No help area, nothing.  No credit, either.  I'm MAD!

I'm sure you did nothing wrong. Dont worry about it, try another survey, you qualify for some and some you dont.

This is not something the Administrator can do.  The survey disqualified you for some reason, ie they already had enough responses, you werent the right age/gender/race for the remaining responses, or something else of that nature.  This in no way is FC's responsability.

i have signed up for alot of offers and did not get cred :(it why is that happening.

yeah... sometime it has reached the quota. The first time it show up, that is the best time to do. When I tried in the night or next morning, i Got DQ.

I understand why this is bothering you because it is one of the easier and faster FC surveys  I'm thinking that maybe it had just reached the number of participants it needed for this particular survey, but the good thing about this one is that it is reoccurring and you'll have another chance to do one on the tv ads.
