6 Cent Ken Fisher Tasks

Anyone having trouble getting these to work? They used to work for me but for the past 2 days every time I complete one it says I missed a step. I go back over it, check my answers, and still it doesn't work.

Yes, I had that same problem as well and had to go on to the next one. I have also had ones that ask for the last four digits of a phone number and when I put it in, it tells me the number is incorrect.  I do not know.

I don't have this task in my list now, but I had this problem before. I think it's an error because I double and tripled check my answers (the phone numbers) to make sure they were correct and it still didn't work. In the end, I just gave up.

I usually get it figured out but it's not always as the directions state. I'll play around with the suggested search words a little until it works. After a handful of tries I give up and move on.

I had done one early on that said in directions to use Bing to search but then once I got doing it it wanted me to use google,  I managed to play with it long enough to get answers that made it "happy" and "correctly" completed the task.  I did one more when I was without other options to get my 5 cent for ptc but those tasks are a bit fustrating to me

Oh my gosh, I had that yesterday and got SO MAD!!!!  I had the number correct and it kept saying I didn't so I backed out and won't do those again.  Pain in the butt.

What I usually do when I have a problem with a Task is file a ticket for it.  In this respect, you're letting Crowd Flower know there's a problem with that particular task, and dollars to donuts, Crowd Flower WILL credit you for your time.  I've been credited many times after reporting problems.

I had trouble with them yesterday to the point where I was getting frustrated and just went onto another task. But thanks for saying I should file a ticket if it happens to me again!

I also file a support ticket with CF  and move on to the other tasks... I usually credited for them later and CF then knows about the problem

I have had many of those tasks do that. Not necessarily the one you are talking about but over the past few months it has happened with many, and a lot have been Ken Fisher ones. I have done them over and over and never missed a thing but got the same popup window.
