You don't seem to speak English well so I hope you can at least understand this. If you are wanting to post your banner you are going about it all wrong. You need to go to your forum profile and add your banner to your signature. That way it will post every time you do.

That was not the question that was asked. They wanted to know how to post a banner. To answer your question though go to the forum "home" and then enter the discussion board you wish to open a topic on. Once on the board of your choosing you will see on the top right hand side in all caps "Post New Topic".

I agree, when I first sign-up I looked all over the place to find where to post and comment!  And I could not figure it out for a few days
