Yes, I made a month to month year plan to reach a goal & it is coming along successfully.

I didn't make a resolution this year. The reason is because the reason we get let down is because we set expectations that usually end up not occurring and that is what discourages us from doing it. That's why it is best to set your standards low enough for you to not feel disappointed. Plus, eating healthy shouldn't be a resolution, it should be a life style.

I have been doing pretty good.  I went for a ten percent increase on everything that I achieved last year-today should be the break even point on everything I was shooting for and I think that I will need to work until midnight in order to fit everything in. I was sick for two weeks in February which kind of killed my health and fitness goals...as well as slowed down my financial goals. I am at about ninety five percent health capacity right now so I should be able to catch up this weekend on every thing but two additional work outs.  As a father of two teenagers it always seems the 'time for myself' goal falls to the side.

I didn't really have one.  I wanted to quit smoking but my husband went to the hospital and we spoke with or primary Doctor and he didn't want my husband to be under any other stress so we decided to wait and the doctor told me to try cutting back and when my husbands get the results on his heart we are both going to do this together and I already told other family members who smoke they will have to go out side while they are here do you think I am being to harsh on those who come to my home who smoke?

No.  Why would anyone let anyone smoke in their house at anytime. The ceilings get all yellow, the items inside the house smell like smoke.   I think the best thing to do would be to send everyone outside your house while you're trying to quit & after.   Anyone who thinks you're being harsh would be selfish.   There is a reason smoking indoors is banned everywhere.      Good luck to you & your husband  :)

I didn't set any New Years Resolutions.  Years ago I managed to quit smoking, it took me several years and several attempts to finally kick the habit.  It is a bad habit that is unhealthy for all that are around it.  It is not too much to ask others to smoke outside.  Now that I am a non-smoker, I am happy with all the laws and non-smoking establishments.
