I love drinking tea. I like to drink sweet tea and green tea. I have not tried herbal or black tea, yet.

I like herbal teas, especially peppermint and black cherryberry, but to get more health benefits I sometimes mix in chamomile and/or green tea with the stronger herbal flavors.

If losing weight is your goal a hearty congratulations to you! I would try to stay away from the additives that you are putting in.  But losing weight is one thing but looking tone is another.  A ggod diet with a regular, and practical, exercise regimen will accomplish both and probably keep you pretty "regular".  It will also start a cycle of burning fat faster, keeping you more alert and you may start needing less sleep at night.  Not to mention the confidence and boost to your self esteem by looking better and knowing the hard work that it took to look that good.  I rarely have time to work out but try to get three workouts in per week.

Does anyone like to drink tea and if so what kind? I like green tea. It really helps me stay regular. I mix it with honey, apple cider vinegar and lemon. I think Im beginning to lose weight slowly by drinking this. Im trying to get ready for summer.
I never thought about adding the apple cider vinegar but I'm going to try it  I drink green tea a couple times a wk.  I'm a coffee drinker  :rose:

I don't like tea very much, but sometimes I do drink it. I drink chamomile it helps with my stomach problems. I have heard that green tea is very good for weight loss. I've been wanting to try it, but haven't yet.

I've always been a tea drinker. Green tea is great and healthy for you. I drink it every day. I also drink Oolong tea which seems to help me beat the battle on being hungry.

I like regular tea but also like green tea.  I have a diet I follow some times and it calls to drink green tea with every meal.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

I am an avid tea drinker but don't think it could be considered part of a diet plan .. plenty of no calorie sweetner and lots of milk.

:) The way I lose weight is by staying on a sensible diet, exercise, and no cheating on diet by snacking before bedtime.  :)

Any natural tea is good for you! And green tea is said to boost metabolism, which can help in weight loss.
