I came across this 'free bowling for the summer'.  Apparently all my friends knew about it but me!

You have to register w/ the bowling alley in your area and your kids get 2 free games per day thru the end of August.

You have the option to purchase a 'family pass' for about $23 that covers up to 4 members, including adults, and you all get 2 free games per day thru the end of summer.  I guess you get a weekly email with your free bowling coupons for the week.

I am thinking about signing up...only $23.  Just trying to decide whether or not I would actually go.

do it!! itll pretty much pay for itself if you go twice so just take the family on a rainy day

Really though if you live near anything entertaining it would be in anyone's best interest (especially if you have kids) to invest in season passes. My husband and I have decided to purchase 1 set of season passes per year to one of the local amusement parks, zoos or water parks for the family so when we have time just pack up the car and head out for a day of fun.
