Anyone have good healthy smoothies recipes?

I have a ton of fruits and veggies that are going to spoil and have made a few different smoothies but they are not that great anybody have any good ones they would like to share?

I made an awesome smoothie with last nights dinner.  We had baked potatoes, elbow macaroni salad and the smoothie.  My 14 year old said that's it?  By the time he polished everything off he was stuffed... here's what the smoothie consisted of.

strawberry yogurt, ground flax, spinach, frozen strawberries, a sad over ripe banana, honey, 1/2 an avocado, few squirts of lemon and vanilla almond milk. 

I have found that the vanilla almond milk adds a pleasant flavor instead of skim or 2%.  Also the honey is a fantastic sweetener.

Since you have lot's of fruits and veggies on the verge of going bad I'd pick up a few staples.. (Aldi's vanilla almond milk is amazing) for your smoothie making.  The avocado is a nice thickener... if it's to runny you can always add a little whipping cream or buttermilk.  I was shocked at how buttermilk (although fattening) it has several healthy factors that boost the nutrient value in a smoothie.

Thanks sadly I am missing some of those ingredients but I will try some other time for sure !!
