I was 2weeks without a PC.Internet explorer just died.Luckily dell sent a recovery disk and it fixed the problem. Hope you get yours fixed soon.

What's wrong with it, aggie49?  Maybe our suggestions can help you fix it!  In any case, I do hope it's nothing serious and that you're able to get it fixed.
