Paid to Call: Tax Preparation

I got the Paid to Call: Tax Preparation and they wouldn't allow me to just ask questions about their service. If I wasn't getting my taxes done immediately, they hung up on me. Anyone have any luck just getting more information? I had a genuine interest but I was waiting for one of my W2s and just had questions.

I'm sorry to hear that. I haven't done this offer yet, but after hearing your trouble with it, I don't think that I would like to try it out.

I mean, if you have everything ready to go, have no questions and want their services - definitely call.

I haven't looked at my Paid to Call in a few days but when I last looked I didn't have the Tax Prep.  I'll probably look a little later today.

This happen to me before.  I did one of the paid to call offers on Clixsense and the people that answered said I called before and won't accept calls nor let me answer questions so they hung. They must have a caller ID or voice recognition technology to track calls on people that called before.  This should never happen. I was thinking about doing this paid to call offer but I guess it is not available now.

I Have Not Seen This Offer Yet But I Just Did Another Paid To Call. I Had One Problem With Another One When They Said They Couldn't Here Me And Hung Up And Called Me Back On A Phone I Had *67 Before I Called.

I have not been credited for calling a bankruptcy place and they have emailed me and called me 4 times. way to go, again, a waste of my privacy and time.

Me toooo! They would NOT stop calling me, emailing me, and texting me. I was told to give accurate information so I did and that's what I get for it!

I tried to do a couple and the phone number was bad.  Like the satellite I wonder if they will let me re-call?  I looked and I don't have a tax one.  Maybe they realized this was not the type of service they where looking for. God Bless

Gosh, that's annoying! I've had that happen before...used my land line for these cash calls, and now it rings non stop!

I Always Give Them A Google Voice Phone Number. My Phone Never Rings. When I Get A Message, I Get It On Email

I just tried this paid to call offer and I pressed 2 to learn more about. But instead, the automated machine tells me to go to the website to file my taxes now. Then I called back and see if I can ask questions with an agent and it tells me no one is available to speak with me. Disappointed so I could not get credit for this paid to call offer.

I do taxes for people but I ask them to pay me what they think is good.  I usually get money from my sister and brother, but my brother hasn't gotten a hold of me which he usually does that is just about the only time I hear from him so I didn't get that this year.   My sister is helping me out so I don't loose my home because my parent put it in my aunts name so I would loose it than they went and had her get a loan against it and they are not paying all the loan so she wants to sell and get from under neath the loan I can't blame her so my sister is trying to get a loan and she needs to us her taxes for a down payment so that is what she is doing for me .

Wow praying for your whole family.  I hope you save your home.  I did not call the tax people because I did not need them.  My hubby uses turbo tax.  I did have it listed but did not want to rip of company.  God Bless
