I love  Scary Movies its hard to pick just one.  I love  all the Saw movies, Freddie Cougar (We just bought movie 1 through 5 we need at least one more to have the set I think) Friday the 13th, Jason, Halloween, and a few others.  Have you watch The Haunting?  If not, I believe there is a new one out.

I don't like scary movies!  I grew up when the original Werewolf, Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein, The Mummy, etc. came out and those were about as scary as I want it!  lol  Besides most of the scary movies these days are more guts and gore than anything (at least that's what I've heard).

This is an old movie but "The Shinning" is a scary movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat during the entire movie.  ;)

Sorry, no favorites, I love them all. I don't like to watch them alone though.

As a big horror movie buff myself i would have to say it depends on the type of horror you like.. There are diffrent types.. I would reccomend some of hte following

The Collector
The Loved Ones
I spit on your grave
Hard Candy <--- You have to have the patience for this one
Neighbor
Love Object
Inside(2007)
May(2002)
High Tension (2003)
Sick girl
All of the hatchet movies are pretty good
Also Would Reccomend you Watching Some Master's of Horror Shows they are pretty good and can outshine alot of horror movies.. If you want some calmer horror movies i would reccomend
The Excorcism Movies
Natrual Born Killers
Hostel
Hannibal Rising
Silence of the lambs
Funny Games <-- didn't classify this as horror it was pretty stupid in my opinion..
Forget me not
Last house on the left
let the right one in<-- didn't classify this as horror either but pretty good movie
There is more.. But i can't really think of them this minute.. Wiki is a good movie finder or you can google horror movies or your specific horror movie genre and can find some good ones..

The only scary movies that I like (in more recent years) are "28 Days Later", "Mama" and "The Others" (even though The Others isn't "scary", it's still good)...Of course there are classics like "The Shining and "The Exorcist" but I'm pretty sure you've seen those.

No scary movies for me :notworthy:  I just don't understand the growing interest in them.
