When I was younger I would go out on a Friday night and stay awake until I went home Sunday night. Boy that was fun. Lately I have had two times in the last 3 months that I have stayed awake 27 hours or more straight just trying to catch up on housework. Since I have retired I only sleep 6 hours a night and usually it is a sound sleep. Once in a while I can't sleep so I do chores that make me tired and it works all the time. I also have nothing on my mind but prayer when I get into bed and it only takes minutes and I am asleep.

When I was in the Army I had to stay awake for 48 hours during a field training exercise. It was rough but I survived.

81 hours never again ill do that it wasn't fun because after i had to get myself back into my old sleep habbits that took a couple weeks

   the longest that I have ever stayed awake, was when my sister was having her baby! I think I was up 43 hours...don't worry she wasn't in labor that long...lol

Probably close to 48 hours without no sleep at all. There have been times though in the past where I would go weeks where I maybe get 1-3 hours a night due to school and working 2 jobs.

I have no idea. Several days though I'm sure. I try not to go more than 48 hours anymore though. I really don't stay up like I used to unless I have a reason. I like sleep, so I try to sleep as much as possible. lol
