Who Does your taxes you or someone else?

I have a accountant do our taxes this way I know it is done right. When I was younger and had a job I did my own but now it is more complicated because there are more deductions house repairs, medical, etc.

I have some one do mine for me as I can claim the farm and animals when I have them.

I like to do my own by using TurboTax. That way, you can do a little at a time here and there at your own convenience, and you don't have to go out somewhere to get it done.

For years and years, while we were in business we used an accountant.  We did rapid returns during the tax season for probably 10 years or so and make good money doing that even though we never charged as much as others who offered the same thing in our little town.  After we went out of business I started doing our taxes.  Now, we are both retired and for the first time we are not required to file a tax return for last year!

I've always done my own taxes.  My taxes are easy I just have wages if they were more complicated like I owned a business and other things then I would hire someone.
