Yes, this summer has been quite mild.  I'm ready for some heat, like 85-90.

being an okie i can definately relate to the word HEAT!!!! it has been around 100 here everyday for about a week. very hot and sticky. its so hot that our pool feels like bath water when we get it in.

I'm also in TX and yes its too d*** HOT! My ac is broke in my car and I dred it when I have to go somewhere in the afternoon. It finally started raining again so my mowing break is over. Half of my grass was dead.
