PHONE APPS THAT MAKE MONEY
« on: January 30, 2014, 11:03:34 am »
IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY I THINK EVERYONE  SHOULD DOWNLOAD RECEIPT HOG AND I BOTTA TO THEIR SMART PHONES. IT IS EASIER THEN FUSION CASH BUT TAKES A LOT LONGER TO MAKE MONEY BUT ITS SIMPLE AND FUN.  AS LONG AS YOU HAVE PAYPAL AND FACEBOOK ACCOUNT YOU SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS MAKING EXTRA MONEY.  JUST SHOP AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD SNAP A PICTURE OF YOUR RECEIPT AND GO ABOUT YOUR DAY.

I have heard of this.. I think it's stupid.. It takes  A lot more to Recieve A lot less.. That mean's it's not worth the time or the effort.. Also i am not to So sure you want to trust things like this.. Esecially if you shop using cards because don't you have your card numbers on the bottom of the reciept? It's almost like leaving your card in the atm or something.. People can guess your numbers it only takes that little bit of information.. Good luck with your app i hope you make your money!

there are other apps too that just pay you for keeping the app on your phone.

right now, I have three apps on my android that pay me $5/month each.

Receipts generally just have the last 3 or 4 digits of your card number. If someone can guess my entire number from that and steal my money they can have at it

I use Ibotta for things I was already going to buy anyway. I might switch brands for something if I see I'll make money from it but I wouldn't buy anything extra

I also make money from the pact app. I get motivated to workout and eat right and make money when other people don't

I never heard of it before I would like to try it but its my girlfriends phone and I would have to ask her and see how it exactly works.  Is there a website you go to?  How do you download the app? What is there cash out minimum to receive money?

Has anyone tried the app "PhotoRewards"? its an app that pays you to download other apps and you can also make money buy checking in daily on the spin the wheel. I get at least 10 cents a day just spinning the wheel. Use the bonus code ZestyRiver for an extra $.50!! They let you cash out at $.75 to paypal

I just read a review about IBotta from a site dedicated to helping you find legit work from home opportunities (I'm almost positive Eddy Solomon is an FC member, so I don't think I can post the link to his site). He seemed pretty impressed with it, giving the App 4 out of 5 stars. In the review he mentioned how it works... From what I understand, the app will list certain products and / or stores, restaurants, etc. where if you make a purchase and take a picture of the receipt with the app, you will get some money put into your account. The amount you make varies, but it sounds like you can increase the amount you earn by doing some marketing work on the product (eg like the company / product on FB, make a Tweet about your purchase, etc.). And the payout threshold sounds pretty good; if I remember correctly, you can cash out at $5. And on top of all of that, I guess you can also earn money through referrals as well. I'm very tempted to get it, but right now my phone's camera doesn't want to work (it keeps saying there isn't any room, even though I have emptied my phone of other pics, music, etc.), so I'll probably hold off until I get a new phone (which hopefully will be in the next month).

I had used a similar app, SavingStar, for awhile but I kept forgetting to check it out when I was making my purchases. However I did make some pretty good money using that app (I remember I once got some Advil Gel Caps for close to 75% off by using this app, in-store coupons, and manufacturing coupons -- my first extreme couponing experience!) This app uses loyalty cards instead of pictures of receipts to verify the purchases, however, so it may not work for everyone, and it takes a little longer for the money to be credited to your account.
