When I moved my boyfriend through away half of my important documents including my daughter social security card and birth certificate. How do I get her a new card without the birth certificate? She is 11 and I have all my info. My id, social security card and birth certificate

You will most likely have to have her birth certificate.  I am assuming you can get another one I guess from the health department?  I wouldn't think YOUR id, ss card or bc would mean much in getting HER another ss card.  I would call the ss office and ask them.  That is the only way to get accurate information.

Call the capital of the state she was born in and ask for a duplicate copy of her birth certificate.  Call social security and they will issue you a copy of her social security card.  Your information will be no help in getting her new copies.
