Changes are always good.

Changes aren't always good, like becoming unemployed & not being able to find a job & not being able to pay your mortgage & then losing your home.  But they do spice up life in a positive or negative way, creating challenges.

I'm not a person who likes changes,,,,  LOL  I sometimes wish things would just stay like they are in my life.  But they never do.
I do learn to live with the changes,,  but that don't mean I like them !!!!

And to be honest,,,   Change is usually good  :)

When I was working through college, we'd have new managers who'd come in & try to change the established procedures that worked, because the managers were new & wanted to bring something "fresh" in & were trying to impress the upper tier management with their innovation.   But really the changes they implemented were already tried & didn't work out before they became the manager,  & the established system was a tried & true method.        Change for the sake of change is not good, some things are run the way the are because they work.....not always though.

Now bringing a system up-to-date is a great change & always welcome.

It depends on the change. Realistic changes or just sheer stupidity
