Videos by one "company" still not working

They used to load but since mid-Dec., they haven't been loading. it's the b11media. I don't know if it's because I'm using Chrome or what. They haven't worked when I tried with FireFox either.  I can't use IE anymore. It's dead in the water due to nasty viruses and I deleted it never to be used again.

As of today, there's one 1cent video and the rest are 1/2 cents with one being over 15 minutes....which I won't even think about watching for that price.

Anyone else have this problem?

I can get the video's to load now they were not before and I watch them but I don't receive credit for them this has been going on for a week.  I also been having the same problem with RadioLoyalty.  I am hoping it gets fixed soon.  Its hard to get the .05 to do the PTC without them because I am have trouble qualifying for surveys.
