Offer Question
« on: January 14, 2014, 07:32:13 pm »
This has probably been asked before, but I couldn't find the answer. Is it okay to use another email address when doing offers because I have a main email and another one for random things and I just wanted to know if we still receive credit. Thanks for any replies!  :glasses-nerdy:

I guess it should be OK, what I have done is I have a gmail account specially for FC account, and that is the one I use for everything to do with FC, with the exemption of  Pay Pal account which is registered with my everyday account and link with the gmail account.

But I gues it should be good for you to use a 2nd email for offers and others.

I had to try using a second e-mail address for some offers (especially those which require "activation") as my primary e-mail server wont always let e-mails thru so I cant activate.  Out of fustration I tried the offer a second time using a @hotmail.com address and all worked like a charm, completed activation and recieved credit quickly and easily!

Yes, you can use different emails.  I use several different emails based on what the offer is for.  I have a specific email I use for offers that involve receiving coupons (that way I can go in once a week and print out any coupons I'm interested in).  I have another that I use specifically for survey sites and one that's for contests, freebies, etc.  Using different email addresses for different content helps me to stay organized and makes it easier to find specific messages or offers.  I started doing this about a year ago after I had spent an hour combing through my email looking for a particular email that contained coupons I wanted to print.  I still have the same success rate for completing offers that I had before I started using different email addresses so I know it works.

I've accidentially used my regular email address on a couple of offers and never got credit.  I have a different email account that I use just for FC stuff.  I read above where other people have used more than one email address and didn't have a problem.  To the ones that have done this, do you have that email address listed with FC?
