I did one of the surveys filled out all the information and i was supposed to get credited .60..after i did the survey i checked my account and the balance was zero..i am confused just wondering what i might be doing wrong..please help! thanks

your doing nothing wrong it just takes awhile sometimes to get credit.

Give it a day or two.. sometimes it takes a while for survey credits (or DQ credits) to appear on your account. Usually they show up within 2-3 days so don't worry

It's usually  a good idea to leave the completion/ congratulations page up until it credits(up to10-15 minutes)

Although surveys are listed as instant credit it usually will credit within 10 minutes but sometimes takes day

You did not do anything wrong. It takes sometime to get credit posted to your account. The credit usually posts to my account within ten minutes of completing a survey.

  Sometimes it will take several days to receive your credit. Usually it will tell you how long you may be waiting.

This again supports the notion that they are NOT 'paying' you, but rather 'graciously sharing of their earnings with you.' Kinda sheds some light on the operation here---they're not giving you money for 'the work you do,' but rather for 'the money they see moving through the system because of you'---reminds you that you've got to give them time to let the money-dominoes be counted.

Are you sure you filled out the actual survey and not the qualifying questions?  You would usually get a "Congratulations" screen at the end of a completed survey.  If was only the qualifying questions that you answered, you won't be credited.

The forum banners aren't usually up to date. I've had my banner off as much as $10

I don't think you did anything wrong. I keep a log of all surveys I do. I have had it happen to me a couple of times where I was paid a day later. I also think there was one that did not pay like 3 days after I did it. Hopefully you will receive your pay for it.

I think you have to update them 'manually' (by re-doing their color on your edit-profile)

They eventually update by themselves. I think mine is only off by a $1 at the moment which isn't worth going through the effort to change

You usually will see "congratulations" after the submit button.  Be sure clear your cookies first, sometimes the credit will reward you next day.  Good luck to you
