This Michigan weather is mentally &  physically draining. I find
That when we have  a lot of snow and it's cold i get exhausted
Quick.

Anyone else in the cold states this month feel the same way?

Pretty much the same way in Minnesota, but it is a little warmer now.

ATL Just had a cold snap this week where we actually broke a long standing record when we hit 6 degrees without the windchill.

Weather can affect our moods.  Some react poorly to cold and some to heat.  It is good if you can get away from it for a while.

Yes! This year isn't quite so bad for me though because I was in Texas for about a month and that really helped break up the monotony of the weather.  Still the best thing I find to do normally is to still go outside for 15 to 20 minutes a day to get a little more sunlight lol When we can find it :)

I agree when it's too hot i must stay indoors because i get
Sick, when it's cold my joints hurt. I prefer the fall in michigan.
It's nice and cool and the trees are beautiful.
