Surveys not working, no videos, not a happy camper

Every since right around Christmas, it seems things have been getting worse on here.  Either the surveys don't work (error messages at the end) or I don't qualify (this used to be a rare occurrence, now I hardly qualify for any).  I don't understand, surveys used to be the best part about this site, now I'm lucky to complete 1 a week!  What is going on?  And no videos either.  There isn't much left to do on here.

Like life itself, we just need to be patient. In the years I have been doing Fusioncash it always has come back from slumps like this.

The month of January seems to be slow every year especially the first couple of weeks.. This is true with all my sites, not just Fusion Cash. It should be picking up soon.

I am right there with you, I am having a hard time just getting the 5 cents to get to the next day.Rl hardly ever works anymore. No videos, surveys don't qualify, nothing is working. I am very upset

I had this happen yesterday, but see I was credited today for the one I did yesterday ... but I did miss out on my .15 PTC for yesterday because I couldn't get my .05 to qualify.  Like others have said, it should improve.  It seems that January ... with most businesses ... is slow and sort of funky.

RL still works for me, although the crediting takes awhile.

I too was getting the error messages at the end of completed FC surveys, but today I was credited for 3 completed surveys and some DQ bonuses as well. The videos had been scarce lately, but I was able to do 12-cents worth. Just be patient and things will start to pick back up.

Even if I'm not having much luck with anything I can still manage to earn the 5 cents. There are usually enough tasks to earn it even if it make take a little longer and be boring

I'm noticing that too.  Frustrating as it is, I plan on hanging in for the long haul.  I'm relatively new to this site and I have not been a member at the end of any year of the turn of a new year.  Apparently, this is typical.  Reading the posts of members who have been here a long time, we don't have to worry, things should pick up soon.

Dont get discouraged.  It does sometimes take a while for surveys and videos to credit.  If you feel that they are taking too long, or if they crashed right at the end of the survey put in a support ticket.  Survey's though can take up to several weeks to credit to your account.

First, let me say that I had written a reply but when I went to submit it, it told me I had to be logged in to post....this has been happening a lot...I'm in the middle of a task (video, PTC, survey, business cares, or the forum), and I lose ALL that I've done prior to getting that message.

I rarely do surveys because I usually don't qualify for them so I don't waste my time with them.

As for the videos, they are very disappointing lately. I used to be able to count on them for my 5 cents for the PTC but since Christmas, the videos don't load from the one site (all 1 centers, too) and only a couple half centers. Some of those don't load either. With the videos being sparse, it takes a lot to make that 5 cents.

I also questioned what happened to the business care transcription and received no answer. Before Christmas there were thousands. Now I'm lucky to be able to do 300. The highest count of cards to do since Christmas has been a little over 2000. I'm very disappointed in this as I really enjoyed doing them.

One thing I noticed and questioned but also never received any answer...so I'm doing it again. There IS something wrong with the "Entries (done)/Correct (answers) portion of the business cards. I had 1 line in the Checking column with 3 errors (subtracting Entries done from Correct entries)...yet when the next card loaded, there was a difference of 7 between the Entries done and Correct entries. How could this be?

January has always been a challenging month for me. Usually I'm gone or too busy offline for the last week in December/first week in January, and historically it's been a slow start to the month once I get back.

But soon the advertising will start to ramp up for Superbowl and the President's Day car sales, so there will be a ton of videos on the way.

OK, so now yoou know that you are not alone, but just be patient, it will all come back, I always find things slower at the beginning of the month, and starts picking up about the 3rd week. Hang in there!
