Survey Completion Issues

For the last 24 hours, every survey I have "completed" takes me to this error message instead of the "you will be credited" page:

Anyone else getting these errors? I have never had them before and I've been on FC for over 6 years. Nothing has changed on my computer at home... Thanks

That same message appeared when I completed a commercial study yesterday and I just completed another survey today and the same thing happened. Hopefully the issue gets resolved soon. Seems like we are not the only ones this is happening to.

Yes, I received the same messages after completing surveys, hope  the problem gets fix soon, at first I thought it might be a problem with my laptop, but now I see others are having the same issue.  I will read on in the forum to see if FC has been able to resolve.

I got the same message after completing or disqualifying a FC Survey yesterday (1/6/2014). That has not happened today but I have not gotten credit for my completed and disqualifying FC Surveys. I hope they fixed this problem soon.
